On top of the shield, there are three stripes of different colors: green, white, and red. The icon is framed by a black contour. Small changes occurred in 1950-1960. The image of the horse was drawn in more detail. Besides, the yellow color of the shield became brighter.
1961-1989
The logo takes on a rectangular shape. Instead of the letters "S" and "F" there appears the inscription "Ferrari". The peculiarity of the name design - the upper element of the initial symbol covers all other signs. The image of the horse remains unchanged, as well as the color scheme of the logo as a whole.
1990-1996
A version of the emblem used in the 1950s returns. Only the shield background changes - the colors become much lighter. The inscription "Ferrari" is again replaced by two letters "S" and "F".
1997
The famous bright red shade appears in the logo. The inscription is made with a sufficiently large, wide letter spacing, "filled" with thin connecting elements (which is best seen in the photo). The text on the logo, as well as the image of the horse, is now made of a material imitating silver. The letter "F", as before, is connected to the top with the rest of the letters of the brand name.
